Constructing Higher Education STEM Theory From a Faith-based Case

In this paper, Burton discusses qualitative research methods that allow the development of rigorous development of theory from exemplary programs. These types of studies have potential to shape education within and outside of Adventism, as evidenced by funding support from the National Science Foundation for the Andrews University Biology department study described in this paper.
