Movement Right From the Start - The ABC's and 1, 2, 3's of Physical Activity for the Young Child

What can educators do to combat the childhood obesity epidemic? One of the most effective ways is to ensure that youth receive adequate amounts of daily physical activity while at school. Sample activities are also provided to help students develop fundamental movement skills and enhance their physical fitness.
