The Power of Listening for Principals

Listening is often misunderstood and rarely taught. School leaders know listening is important, but many are unable to use it to their advantage. Many fail to incorporate listening as a strategy to serve their students and enhance their career. This 2012 NAD Teachers Convention session is designed to highlight listening strategies for career and personal enhancement.
