The Benefits of Effective Coaching for Principals and Teachers

Consider coaching as a means to strengthen school leadership and enhance teacher effectiveness. Through this method, a principal can use coaching as a way to “participate fully in the professional lives of teachers and to guide them in discovering their personal best.” The author also believes that it will create a strong relationship between the principal and teacher that will facilitate growth among all who are involved.
