Eclecticism Peril or Promise in Adventist Philosophy Classes?

Since truth can come from many different sources, Vyhmeister concludes that pulling truths from various philosophical sources (eclecticism), even when the sources are not Seventh-day Adventist in origin, can be beneficial and even necessary for students. Because they will be bombarded by many philosophical ideas in the world, teaching them to differentiate truth from error is necessary.
