A Report on a Phone Survey of North American Seventh-day Adventists

This paper examined the results of a phone survey conducted over the course of three months that was commissioned by the North American Division in partnership with the Institute of Church Ministry. Approximately 2000 phone numbers were contacted; however survey completion numbered 747 participants. Despite the low turnout rate, participants responded to questions surrounding worship attendance, reasons for attending church as well as a host of other parameters. Recommendations were made along with the conclusion that individuals should live out their Christian walk to help meet the needs of the disenfranchised within the church.
