Traditions or Values : Choosing the Best Values

Values provide the framework for individual self-actualization and self-awareness. Force-feeding traditions may hinder values from being appraised and incorporated. This article examines the sociological, environmental and psychological condition needed for the assimilation of values and integration of traditional beliefs. The author recommends a sound biblical approach be used when instilling values.
