As new members are added to the church roster researchers have solicited their feedback in an attempt to ascertain effective methods of winning and establishing new converts. This article reports on data collected on new members and features implications for church growth, source of our baptisms and how to apply these findings in the field. This marketing tool may help bring the Advent message to varying subgroups throughout North America.
