The purpose of this study was to gather valuable information from the perspective of the local church elders and board members regarding the state of the local church. There were 801 usable questionnaires collected. Participants were asked to respond to a dozen statements by rating each on a five-point scale, with five being the most significant and 1 being the least significant. The results from these findings will provide the North American Division with useful insight into the inner workings of the local church.
