Knowledge, Perceptions, Beliefs and Behaviors Related to the Prevention of Hypertension Among Black Seventh-day Adventists Living in London

This study looks at the hypertension knowledge and risk behaviors of Black Seventh-day Adventists in London. There were 17 predominantly Black SDA churches in London that were used with 312 volunteers. A questionnaire was used to assess their knowledge. The results showed that more attention needs to be given to behavior changes so that it will translate to preventive behaviors.
