NAD Church Resource Center Product Awareness and Evaluation by Local Church Leaders

This paper serves as consumer panel report. It consists of two consumer panels conducted for the North American Division. Their purpose was to explore the needs in local churches for resource materials as well as evaluate the impact of products developed over the last 20 years by the Church Resource Center and its affiliated resource centers, publishing houses, etc. One panel was conducted in Tennessee and the other one in California. Group interviews were conducted to gather the data.
