This paper reports a research that explored women pastors’ opinions about the decision regarding the ordination of women voted at the General Conference Session in Indianapolis in July, 1990, and their intentions in the aftermath. A total of 72 women pastors from the North American Division completed a questionnaire in the spring and summer of 1992.
