Recommendations are grouped in 7 themes: 1) attitudes, vision, and mission; 2) teamwork; 3) accountability; 4) quality improvement, training, and professional growth; 5) working conditions, support, and affirmation; 6) finances; and 7) marketing, public relations, customer service, and community presence.
