Change and the College Campus: The Process of Changing Institutional Governance

Professors within an Adventist college faced the task of developing a shared process for change. Many issues needed to be tackled, and the process got bogged down in the middle, but by the end a consensus was reached and the pilot program was launched. The process taught that effective change must simultaneously take a top-down, middle-out, and bottom-up approach.
