Different Learning for Different Learners - Adjusting the College Curriculum to Individual Needs
The traditional college curriculum needs re-examination. Students have many different learning styles, and lecturing does not reach all of them. Students need to learn how to assimilate new information in the way that is the most effective to them, whether verbally, visually, or physically. Helping students to identify their best mode of learning helps both students and professors.
