Inclusion Challenge: Joey in the Multi-Age Room

This article from the JAE issue on special education tells of Joey, who had troubles in kindergarten and first grade. When he entered the multigrade classroom, the teacher observed him to see his strengths and weaknesses. They worked to minimize the problems and maximize his strengths. This led to a successful experience for Joey.
