A colorful tour of games and information on calcium and other dietary elements. The site provides tips for girls to be strong, such as participating in physical activity, which builds strong bones. Also provided are recipes for food that adds the 1300 mg of calcium girls need, along with a dictionary of nutritional terms, and nutrition quizzes. This site is owned and maintained by the Office on Women's Health in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services .
