Reducing School Violence Through Conflict Resolution
Rick Williams shares the importance of Christian educators teaching principles of conflict resolution. Students should be taught to communicate effectively, and also negotiate disagreements through a recursive process of empathy, 'I' statements, contracts, confrontation, and so on. Students will learn that it is possible to disagree and still maintain a Christ like spirit.
