Science Class -- No More Yucks!

This article from the JAE special science issue suggests that by using encouragement, creative thinking, and the wonders of science, teachers can make science one of the most rewarding school experiences. Suggestions for doing this are to be honest and trustworthy, be a caring Christian teacher, provide for individualization, take advantage of community resources, keep constantly aware of each of your students' attitudes and progress, collect and display unusual items, and involve students in science activities.
