Do Christianity and Politics Mix?

Students need to understand Biblical teachings concerning church-state relations, political affairs, and their relationship to religion in a variety of governments and political systems. This article from the JAE special social studies, history, and geography issue explains how Bible texts have been used to justify the passive or negative attitudes of Christians toward politics. Political processes exist whenever group decision-making occurs.
