Educating Academy Students for Multicultural Society
What can a school and its faculty do to create an atmosphere that goes beyond tolerance to acceptance and close fellowship among different races and cultures? It requires careful planning by administration and faculty, a philosophy that all have been created equal, recruitment of multicultural faculty and resource persons, decorations, school bulletins, social activities, a language-learning program, orientation, special emphasis week, seasonal activities, and inclusion of special courses in the curriculum.
