Creating a Good Library Web Site
This article focuses on the experience of Southern Adventist University (SAU) Library's experience in web site design and provides a step-by-step guide to the process followed. A well-designed web site is one of the best ways for a library to communicate to students and faculty. It serves as a gateway to library resources. The steps are to establish a committee, do research, determine the audience, compose a mission statement, decide on design principles, design the site, and conduct usability tests.
