Children and Grief

Description:
This 2006 NAD Teachers Convention break-out session presented the stages of grief and how children in their various developmental stages relate to it. It educates teachers and parents about the realities and emotions that children are experiencing when there are life transitions (divorce, moving, death). This information may prepare adults to help children through the stages of grief and to minimize any further negative impact.
