Using Process Variation Analysis to Monitor Teachers Performance

This article explores the possibility of using process variation analysis or statistical process control to monitor teacher performance and employing the findings to craft administrative responses that meet the needs of the teachers and students in each school. The cyclical processes of PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) are helpful in continuous improvement.
