This article explores how religious Adventist higher education should be, noting several models in Christian tertiary education today. The author suggests the ideal role neither seeks to indoctrinate students nor make religion an object of mere scholarly interest, respecting choice and diversity of interests and background, while providing educational experiences for spiritual growth and the development of a biblical worldview in and out of class.
