Chinese Take Out Carton - Days of Creation Activity
This activity provides students with a creative means for memorizing the days of creation and for expressing the meaning of Sabbath. Students illustrate one day of creation per each side of the take out carton box. After finishing the illustrations, students take the cartons home to fill the interior of the box with something that symbolizes/represents the Sabbath to them. They return the boxes to class the next period and share what they have brought and why they have selected that symbol.
