Fouling Community Study at TVA

Most objects placed in the ocean will become covered with marine organisms after a period of time. Students of Tualatin Valley Academy placed cinder blocks in Yaquina Bay by Newport, Oregon. A year later students identified over thirty different species living on the blocks.
