Enhancing Pastor/Teacher Relationships
One crucial issue in the success of Adventist church schools is the relationship between the pastor and teacher. While the pastor is not the supervisor to the teacher, he is often viewed as such. Another misconception views the teacher as being on the B team while the pastor is on the A team. The article includes suggestions for not only building a good relationship with the pastor, but also mending broken relationships.
