Bodily/Kinesthetic Intelligence

Bodily/Kinesthetic Intelligence is expertise in using the whole body to express ideas and feelings and in using the hands to produce or transform things. This intelligence includes specific skills such as coordination, balance, dexterity, strength, flexibility, and speed.
