"The process of education is enhanced when school, family, and community collaborate. Specifically, such collaborative efforts contribute to increased student achievement. This article focuses on how the above three levels of collaboration work. Epstein’s model of partnership is suggested as a practical framework for improved partnership. The application of this multi-dimensional model has helped to close the gap between schools and communities.
